This recipe popped up in my Facebook feed, of Jacques Pepin. It looked interesting and a dish that you can experiment with using different flavors and ingredients.
Normally I serve this with Egg noodles, or add potatoes to the Goulash, but today - I didn't have either in the pantry. So, I sent with these fusilli noodles, which were a good substitute.

Sous Vide Pork Chops
Today I am going to try to Sous Vide them to 140 F, then sear them on serve with a pan sauce apple sauce, and some steamed broccoli.
