Bucatini Carbonara
Ok, the picture is not that good, but the flavor in this great. I was watching "best thing i ever ate" and Alton Brown detailed this pasta dish made by Jonathan Waxman.

Homemade Brownies
I was watching the "Best thing I ever ate", and they made these Palmer House brownies - apparently the first ever made at the St Louis Fair.

Peppercorn Cream Sauce
I like to serve this sauce with Filet Mignon. Very easy and full of flavor. You can go crazy and add cognac or whatever.

Pasta e Fagioli
I had some leftover spicy Italian Sausage, and had everything else in the pantry. This is very simple, but it is very easy to do, and has a ton of flavor.

Cincinnati Chili
This is as easy as it gets, and it's very good. I get it from the frozen food section in Publix.

Tortilla Pizza
I was watching the Kitchen and saw an interesting idea on making Tortilla Pizza. The great thing about this, is you can utilize any flavor combination you see fit.

Acapulco Charlies
I have no idea where we came up with this dish or how we named it. However, the kids loved these growing up and it's a great way to use leftover ground taco meat. Very easy to do, difficult to screw up.

Omelet with side salad with Balsamic Vinaigrette
We had a load of greens left from our Ahi Tuna salad, that I decided we needed to use some up. I was watching "The Kitchen" during lunch and saw GZ making a perfect omelet - his way.

New England Clam Chowder
I love clam chowder, and there is nothing really unique about this recipe, except it's the version that I like best.
