Apple pie apple bites

Ingredients

• 1 box phyllo shells (found in frozen food section)
• 1/2 bag Ghirardelli white chocolate
• 1 granny smith apple peeled and diced
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1/2 stick of butter
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon
