Ingredients

• 4 trout filets
• 1 cup pecans
• 1 cup bread crumbs
• 2 eggs beaten
• Vegetable oil
• 1 tbs butter
• Compound Butter :
• 1 stick softened butter
• 1 garlic clove chopped
• 1 tsp chili powder
• 1 tsp cumin
• Chopped parsley (about 1 tbs)
