Ingredients
- 3 Sweet potatoes
- 1 beaten Egg
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- pinch of salt
- spoon of white sugar
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 stick melted buttter
- Topping :
- 3 tbs cold butter
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup chopped pecans
Steps
- Preheat oven to 375f
- Peel and cube sweet potatoes and put in a pot and cover with water.
- Bring to a boil and then simmer until potatoes are tender
- Drain and mash the potatoes until soft
- Add the remaining ingredients (not the toppings) and whip with a mixer until smooth.
- Place mixture into a prepared (pam) casserole dish
- Combine the topping ingredients except for butter and pecans.
- Cut the butter into the toppings until you have little pebbles, add the pecans and strir
- Top the casserole with topping mixer and bake for 40 mins
