Shore
A cool place popped up on Longboat Key on the bay side, next to Mar Vista - which has been there for years. The décor and the building are great, good outdoor seating choices and eclectic menu.
Selva
This is one of my favorite restaurants in Sarasota. It has a great menu, and service has always been spot on. Decided to go for Valentines day, and unfortunately, they decided to not offer the bar bites menu on this day
Star Provisions
I've been to Star Provisions before it moved and it was good then and good now. This place is located near the Top Golf in Westside Midtown. Service was very friendly and reasonably quick.
Pizza by Fuscos
I've been to Fusco's 8-10 times now and have tried several varieties of their pizza. They sell it as individual serving, but I've found that I my wife and I get a salad, we can easily split the pizza between us.
Cigar Cellar
Went to a local place today that is relatively new called the Cigar Cellar. I was there many years ago under different ownership, and although I liked it, I didn't love it and didn't return.
Hot Dog Factory
Had a taste for a Chicago Style hot dog, which is really a gourmet food if you think about it.
Anchor Bar - Kennesaw
I've been to the Anchor Bar 3 times now. The service has been great each time.
