Chicken and Andouille Sausage Gumbo
I love this meal. I started making it years ago based on Paul Prudomme's recipe and have simplified it over the years.
Boneless Stuffed Cajun Chicken
Technically, I am making this, but it couldn't be easier. A couple times a quarter, I go to the Cajun Meat Company located in East Cobb County, and get a few of their boneless Stuffed chickens.
