Chilean Sea Bass with a lemon butter cream sauce
Deb loves sea bass and especially likes it when we serve it with a lemon, cream, butter sauce. Today we'll serve it with steamed asparagus. Good food, great flavor!
Boneless Stuffed Cajun Chicken
Technically, I am making this, but it couldn't be easier. A couple times a quarter, I go to the Cajun Meat Company located in East Cobb County, and get a few of their boneless Stuffed chickens.
I was looking for a way to use chicken stock and some dried bread crumbs that I didn't use on Thanksgiving - and I happen to have a bunch of Swiss cheese left from the Quiche I made yesterday.
Sous Vide Filet Mignon
I thought I had cooking filet down pretty well on the grill. High heat, 5-6 mins a side and it generally came out pretty well.
I only make this once or twice a year, but it's a family favorite. It's great for a cold autumn day and we generally serve it with pickled red cabbage and then make some homemade Spätzle.
Latin street Corn
I had a similar dish at Latin Porch in Smyrna and decided to try to create it for my Thanksgiving dinner. You can use canned or frozen core, whatever you have will do.
Chicken and Andouille Sausage Gumbo
I love this meal. I started making it years ago based on Paul Prudomme's recipe and have simplified it over the years.
Chef Chu's Spicy Chicken
I spent a lot of time in the San Fran bay area and used to go to this restaurant named Chef Chu's that had the best spicy chicken recipe.
My Turkey day
My Thanksgiving day has a lot of stuff, but this recipe covers stuffing, turkey and gravy.
