Fusilli with Sausage and Mushrooms

Great flavor in this Pasta dish. Very simple as well. I took a recipe that I saw on TV, and hopefully improved it to my taste.

Super Bowl Sliders

We have eaten these every Super Bowl since I was very young. This year we decided to make them for New Years day.

Swedish Meatballs

Love the flavor and texture of Swedish meatballs, they are dense and full of flavor. I typically serve these with mash potatoes or sometimes potato pancakes.

Christmas Pecan Balls

First, I am not a baker. However, I love these pecan balls that my family had while I was young. I am adding this to my website, not because I invented anything, but rather to share a family recipe.

Ropa Vieja - Pork Style

I love the flavors of Ropa Vieja and so does Deb, but she does not like the stringy, tough texture of flank steak. So, I tried this using the traditional flavors, but with pork.

Cheese and Mushroom Ravioli

Making your own pasta is some work, but it's so worth it. If you have a stand mixer, you get really eliminate some work and pull it together pretty quickly.

Chilean Sea Bass with a lemon butter cream sauce

Deb loves sea bass and especially likes it when we serve it with a lemon, cream, butter sauce. Today we'll serve it with steamed asparagus. Good food, great flavor!

Boneless Stuffed Cajun Chicken

Technically, I am making this, but it couldn't be easier. A couple times a quarter, I go to the Cajun Meat Company located in East Cobb County, and get a few of their boneless Stuffed chickens.

Chicken Nancy

I was looking for a way to use chicken stock and some dried bread crumbs that I didn't use on Thanksgiving - and I happen to have a bunch of Swiss cheese left from the Quiche I made yesterday.
