Simple Spaghetti with Meat Sauce
Today I need to go with simple, because Mondays are my busiest day of the week. My Mother made excellent spaghetti and I would always ask for that to be made for my birthday.

Garbanzo Bean Salad
I had something that tasted a bit like this in Nashville at Hattie B's (review coming). Then we went to a Colombian restaurant in Marietta Square named Kiosco.

Chicken Tortilla Soup
This is really good soup, and full of flavor, also very healthy. I like to fry my own corn tortillas and top off the soup for added texture and flavor

Split Pea Soup
The only thing special about this soup is the ham bone. I love making split pea soup from a honey baked ham, ham bone. Give it a try - add plenty of ham and along with some bread, a full meal. Really easy, and full of flavor!

Rack of Lamb
Deb loves Lamb, so I was out at Costco and picked up a couple Racks of Lamb. This time, i decided to Sous Vide the lamb, and it came out perfect.

Chicken Chilli
This is an excellent version of Chicken Chili. I have been asked for this recipe every time I serve it or have somebody try it. It's healthy, and has a ton of FLAVOR. I hope you like it.

Sloppy Joes
My Mother made great Sloppy Joes and I've sought after duplicating that recipe for years. She did give me the recipe, but it wasn't right.

Cuban Pork
I learned of this dish from my Father in law, who was born and raised in Cuba. It was a tradition to have this with black beans and rice, and plantains every Christmas eve.
