Chicken Cordon Blue
I loved Chicken Cordon blue growing up, especially the explosion of Cheese. This version adds more flavor than the traditional version. I use prosciutto instead of ham, and Gruyere cheese rather than plain swiss.

Blue Cheese dressing
I love a good blue cheese dressing, but they are hard to find at the grocery store. I've found I can make it myself much better and the secret is to melt some blue cheese first.
Stuffed Peppers
I had a taste for stuff cabbage, but it makes so much - I decided on Stuff Peppers today.

Smoked Meatloaf
I love a good meatloaf, but sometimes can be a bit bland. I really enjoyed smoking this, it added some smoky flavor, and didn't dry out the meat.

Tri-tip Sous Vide
I bought a prime Tri-tip from Costco the other day, and I've smoked them, baked them etc.. but never sous vide one. It turned out fabulous. It takes several hours for the fat to dissolve in the meat, but this was full of flavor.

White BBQ Sauce
I had a white BBQ with the smoked Turkey at Rodney's in Charleston and it was fabulous. I was fortunate enough to participate in a cooking class with Rodney, where he shared this recipe. It's outstanding with Chicken, or Turkey or anything really.

Cesar Salad Dressing
I've not found a bottled Cesar Salad dressing as good as this homemade version. It's easy and it doesn't contain egg yolks. You absolutely must use the real Parmesan cheese, not the stuff from a can. Give it a try - it has plenty of flavor !!
